Shipping Policy

We generally ship via USPS, though some larger orders may be sent UPS. Tracking information is provided for all online orders and can be accessed through your online account.

USPS First Class, USPS Priority, and UPS Ground are the standard shipping methods. All methods should arrive in 2-8 business days.


Return Policy

We always want you to be happy as a customer of Bahle's. If, for any reason, you aren't pleased with your purchase, please let us know!

Please note that all returns are subject to the following criteria:

  • Merchandise must be in new, unused, unaltered condition with the tags attached
  • Merchandise with odors or pet hair will be refused
  • Footwear must be in new, unused condition and in orginal shoe box. Please do not use shoe box for shipping
  • Must be postmarked within 30 days of delivery date
    • Holiday Return Exception: Any order placed between October 1st and December 24th has an extended return period. Items purchased during this time must be postmarked by January 15th to be eligible for refund.

Any returns sent to us that do not meet these requirements will be returned to sender at their expense.


Return, Exchange, and Refund Procedure

In the event you do need to return something for refund or exchange, please follow these instructions:
(Please note these instructions are for orders placed on our new website. For orders placed before May 7, 2018, please call or email us for instructions.)

Step 1:

Log into your store account by clicking the account icon in the upper right corner of any page. (Made during the ordering process. If you did not make one then, you should have received an email with an invitation to do so - we highly recommend it! If you cannot create an account, please contact us for any returns or exchanges.)

Step 2:

Find the order you want to return and click Return Items?

Fill out the form provided and click Submit Return Request.

Pack your items carefully and send them - with a copy of your receipt and your contact information in case we have any questions - to:

Note: We suggest USPS shipping, as we have found them to be the most cost effective.

Step 5:

Please be patient.

Once we receive your package, we'll process it on our end, either sending exchange or replacement products, or issuing a refund or store credit, as requested.

Refunds will be issued to the credit/debit card used in the original purchase. The refund amount will reflect the full purchase price of the item(s) and any applicable sales tax.

Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Please allow up to 14 business days for the refund to reflect on your credit/debit statement.

You may also choose to have the refund issued in the form of store credit. Store credit refunds for online orders will be in the form of credit attached to you online account, good towards future online purchases.
